Jon McLaughlin-We all Need Saving.

Self Harm (Mutilation)

The definition of self harm is:
—
n
the practice of cutting or
otherwise wounding oneself,
 usually considered as
 indicating
psychological disturbance.
People (Mainly females,

but males also) may cut
themselves for a range of
different reasons. They may
feel no emotions, and do it to
feel something. Or because
they feel they need a release
because all their emotions are
bottled up inside. They do it
for instant gratification. Other
people crave the attention,
Or they want to die. But
most people who cut aren't
trying to kill themselves.
They want to get rid of
their inner turmoil.
 They are usually
 deeply depressed
 and feel that it
is the answer,
 but in the
long run it
 makes their
condition worse.

Other methods people use for self harm are: Burning themselves,
                              Scratching themselves, Swallowing sharp objects,
      Breaking bones intentionally,
Hitting their head, Pulling hair, etc.

People doing these things are really suffering
            emotionally and should seek help

Friends

Everyone needs a friend. To talk to about anything, share secrets, fears and goals, and stories with. Without friendship many of us would have nothing. Treasure your friends, treat them well. Who knows where you would be without at least one true friend.
Be optimistic, all the people you hate will die eventually :)

-Drinking more in dangerous and stressful situations, eg. Driving or during an argument.

Fur Farms

Chinese Fur Farms are so disgusting, I can't believe what these people are doing to these poor defenseless creatures for their fur!! They keep the animals in cramped up little cages with very little food, pretty much just awaiting their death. They take one out, and slam it to the ground repeatedly before hitting it over the head with a wooden club to stun it. They pick it up off the ground and hang it up by its hind legs. They then proceed to skin the creature alive. The animals are often still conscious. They remove the fur and throw the animal into a pile of other carcasses. These animals are usually alive, blinking and in extreme pain for up to 10 minutes after being skinned, until they eventually die.
Their excuse for doing it this way: It's easier to get the skin off while the animal is alive!!!
How sick is that??

Animal Testing

Animal testing is a cruel act which entails many companies catching/breeding animals (Ranging from Rabbits to Rats, Frogs, Birds, Monkeys, etc) and conducting horrific experiments on them in the name of "Science". They test innocent and defenseless animals to see how they react to certain drugs, cosmetics, and even foods! Animals are so different to humans, that these tests are useless to scientists anyway. Some of the awful things they do to animals are:
:-Put chemicals in their eyes, to see how badly it affects them, Or even shave a bit of fur off and rub chemicals into their skin. They sometimes break the skin just so they absorb it into their blood quicker.
:-Force feed them shampoos and other products to see how it affects their organs.
:-Infect them with deadly diseases, and give them food/drink products, to prove the potential health benefits.
:-Keep monkeys in cages, and probe their brains. They are in extreme pain through-out the whole process.
That's not even half the disgusting and evil things they do to these beautiful creatures. There are hundreds and hundreds of cruel experiments going on just because some stupid scientists are "Curious"
The worst part: They don't even need to do this to get their info any more! There is syntheticly developed "human skin" which is much more useful, and No where near cruel! We need to put an end to it!

Atomic County

This is Lil' Miss Vixen, a character in Atomic County. Atomic County is a comic book created by Seth Cohen, on The Oc, which is probably the best TV show you will ever come across. Lil' Miss Vixen is based on Summer Roberts, Seth's girlfriend. All of the characters in Atomic County are based on people in Seth Cohen's life. His best friend/brother, Ryan Atwood's character is  Kid Chino, Marissa Cooper's is Cosmo Girl, and Seth's is the Ironist. I would definitely buy Atomic County if it were in stores.
Atomic County is also a mini cartoon series which can be found on YouTube, and is Available on iTunes.

Depression-info

The dictionary definition for depression is:
Psychiatry a condition of general emotional dejection and withdrawal; sadness greater and more prolonged than that warranted by any objective reason.

It is very serious and can lead to self-harm, self-injury, or even suicide. So many teenagers today face depression, and a lot of them aren't taken seriously by the people around them. Any one who feels like they're "Spiraling" Needs to feel like they can talk to someone.

Playboy

My best friend was playing around with my camera and took this very amusing photo of our pet bunny, Playboy!
I figured this photo is definitely a keeper. We took hundreds of photos that day, but this one remains as one of my favorites!
[Playboy doesn't look very comfortable at all from this angle]
